Community Rules

​THE FOLLOWING ARE PROHIBITED AT BRIDGEWAY STATION:

• Using obscene language, shouting, or playing loud music

• Littering, defacing or destroying property

• Loitering in front of or blocking stores, restaurants, theaters, offices, homes, parking areas, sidewalks, streets or common areas

• Smoking

• Vaping

• Chewing Tobacco

• All pet owners/handlers are responsible for all clean-up and disposal of dog/pet waste. 

• Enclosure of any area, erection of any structures including tents, catering trucks, public address systems, amplified music and electronic musical instruments can only be used for public events with the issuance of a Special Event Permit.

• Distributing material, soliciting, demonstrating, conducting interviews, taking professional photos, videos or audio recordings (without prior approval), and driving or parking vehicles with advertisement wraps, logos or decals.

• A Special Event Permit is required for any gatherings, including birthday parties. 

• Rollerblades, skateboards or hoverboards

• Protests of any kind

• Offensive or threatening behavior 

• Excessive engine revving from cars and/or motorcycles

• Carrying a weapon of any kind, including firearms

• Clothing with vulgar or offensive language.

• Face coverings that conceal your identity, excluding those for medical and religious reasons

Everyone is to obey traffic rules and only parking in designated areas (no parking on the grass).

BridgeWay Station closes at 9:00 PM Mon. – Sat. and 7:00 PM on Sunday's when the retail stores close. At this time, you are welcome to patronize any of the restaurants or businesses that remain open. All visitors under age 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian after 8:00 PM, and visitors under age 21 are not permitted after 10:00 PM.

BridgeWay Station is private property. Failure to comply with these rules and regulations and Federal, State and local laws is grounds for exclusion from BridgeWay Station. You may also be subject to prosecution under applicable laws. If any rule is violated, the violator is responsible for all damages and cost to repair, replace, or restore. Guests who do not act responsibly may be asked to leave. If they refuse to leave the property, they may be arrested and prosecuted for criminal trespass.
